The movie was awesome! It's truly a good ending to a great drama. I love the suspenseful-ness of it all and I think most of the actors and actresses were getting better in acting. Go and watch it! Aww... I'm going to miss them... but on to the Korean version!!...weee!!

Boku No Kanojo Wa Saibogu/ Cyborg She

Synopsis: a.k.a My Girlfriend, the Cyborg

Genre: Drama, Sci-Fi, Comedy

Jiro (Keisuke Koide) is a lonesome college student. He's spending his 20th birthday alone, when suddenly, a beautiful girl (Haruka Ayase) appears and takes a liking to him. The few hours that he spends with her are the most incredible moments of his life and Jiro is lovestruck. But his happiness does not last long since she disappears from his life at the end of this magical night. A year later on his 21st birthday, Jiro runs into her again. She looks the same, but is somewhat different. He soon discovers she is a cyborg from the future, sent back on an important mission.

This movie was made by My Sassy Girl's director Kwak Jae Young. It doesn't run with the whole Windstruck and My Sassy Girl continuation but the whole heroine-wimpy man thing that people seem to love. So, it's a Japanese cast under a Korean helm, which is awesome! I think Haruka Ayase was pretty good in this one. It may be a Sci-Fi movie, but it's good, and don't expect any water works, not unless you're a real softy... Enjoy!

Baby and I

Genre: Comedy, Drama
Han Joon Soo (Jang Geun Suk) is a handsome rebellious 19 year old high school student. His parents "ran away from home" in hopes of teaching him a lesson. He suddenly acquires his baby, named Woo Ram (Mun Mason). With the help of a smart but weird girl (Kim Byeol), he now has no choice but to take care of Woo Ram and attend to his breast milk needs, while trying to stay in school and feed himself.

I'm admitting now that Jang Geun Suk is one of my favorite young Korean actors today (He's in Do Re Mi and Beethoven Virus). I really liked him here in the movie. He's a bad boy, a cutie, and a softie all at the same time! And look at Mason! He's so cute! Those big round eyes and that smile! Both of them are a combination made in movie heaven! Did I mention that Mason was to die for?! Go and see them both!!

I looove this show! It's really funny! At first I thought it was boring, but no!! It's funny! I watched this show because I was waiting for the subs of We Got Married to come out... So I clicked this one and now, I'm a fan! The youtube video is the family singing the Family Song. I couldn't find any sort of trailer for the show, but I think this preview shows how fun the show can be... And their games are always awesome and funny! Trust me! A great variety show!

I got intrigued by this one because of the poster actually. I checked it out and it's a drama with a lot of music in it! PLUS! After 'googling' this drama, I found out that Jang Geun Suk (Do Re Mi...) is in it!! How cute! He looks and feels different between the two movie/drama he's done... Enjoy!

Code Blue (Drama)

Synopsis:

Genre: Drama, Medical

The drama's full title is "Code Blue: Doctor Heli Kinkyu Kyumei." The concept is based on Japan's proposal for an emergency medical service using helicopters to quickly reach those in need. A special bill was passed in June 2007 that should foster widespread adoption of the system. Yamashita Tomohisa, Aragaki Yui, Toda Erika and Asari Yosuke, star as young doctors-in-training, working under the guidance of an experienced "flight doctor" (Toshiro Yanagiba). Some scenes will be filmed with a real helicopter, adding to the show's tension. Credits: tokyograph

My Progress
:
I wasn't really keen on watching this one due to my feelings of how Yamashita-san and Aragaki-san acts. But hey, I'm watching it! And oddly, they might have excelled in acting for this one. I am yet to see how this one goes, but it looks very promising. And with all the medical jargon they are saying, I'm glad I understand most of them...hehehe... yay!

Jung Won is now surprised to learn that her ex-close friend is now best friends with her boyfriend.

Hee Won admits that he still likes his bestfriend and he wants her back. Now Jung Won is torn between her friendship with Hee Won and her love Eun Gyu.

It was a feel good movie with two eye candies!! I think that the two male characters were better than the female character, but heck, it was an o.k movie with good music. Oh! And the guy who played the doctor in Snow Queen is here as the girl's younger brother... he looks so young and he fits the role, even though he's 20-ish!... Uwaah... cool!

We Got Married

Synopsis:

Genre: Comedy, Variety Show

Eight famous actors, actress and singers are brought together to be "married". The show follows every moment that the couples spend during their filming days. Each show has a "mission" and it's the couples' turn to do what they, or their partner, would want to do.

This show is very very very very very interesting! I loooove this show! At first, I thought it was boring and very scripted, but as I kept on watching, I soon dropped my previous feeling. Even though they are given 'missions' by the show, they themselves think of what to say and what to do. It's just so cute how they react to each other like real couples out there. If you need something that would be a funny relief from your stressful day, then try this funny show. You might be wondering why in the beginning, there's a couple that is the in the piccy, well, they "divorced", so the show added new couples, but it got too crowded and cramming a lot of the couples' air time, so they had to drop another couple. Yeaaah... but it's still very good! A!

Edit: Andy-oppa!!! Don't leave!!

Edit 2: Waaa!!! AnBi!!! and now, AlShin!! My two favorite couples!! Noooo!! It's not going to be the same again!!!

Edit 3: Now HwanYobi!!! Argh! It's seriously losing its magic, but it's still entertaining with Kang In and Yoon Ji...

I've heard a lot of comments on Koizora, so I got intruiged. There were no english subs when I tried to look for it, so I waited. And tadaaa, english subs are now available! I watched it immediately. Although the story is predictable in a way, this was a true story! Can you believe that? There were parts of the story that seems unreal to me (spoiler alert!) like the library scene (end of spoiler!). Anyways, this was a very good story and I could just feel the love between Mika and Hiro. A total love story... have some tissues handy ok!...>_<... Loooove it!

However, they were unable to escape from the fight for power involving gangs of different ethnicity on the city of Mallepa. How can one live when living requires a gun?

The poster does not really show anything that would be scary, so don't let the poster scare you away, ok! This was actually an interesting movie! Love the action scenes with Gackt and Hyde...hehehe... Sometimes it gets bloody but anybody can handle that... and there were a lot of killing, so be careful. But all in all, a pretty good movie... kind of sad too... awww!!... If you're a fan of Hyde, visit Kagen no Tsuki here on my blog!!

It Started With A Kiss 2 (Drama)

Synopsis:

Genre: Comedy, Romance

Everything that happens after marriage will happen to the newly married couple, Zhi Shu (Joe Cheng) and Xiang Qin (Ariel Lin). A lot of laughs and tears and more casts join the lovable family. What will happen when these two encounter such troubles?

Edit: Aaaaaahhh!!!... It's done!!! I miss them already!!! I can't believe it!!!... I want more!!... I was depressed for like the day after I finished watching it!... I wish ArJoe would do some more things together coz they definitely have a LOT of chemistry together! I love it!
BTW, to those who have seen it and thought the ending could be better, it is all due to the copyright of the manga. The mangaka (the artist Tada Kaoru) died before she could finish the manga. So in respect to the mangaka and for copyright reasons, the director of TKA followed the story and how it was left off... I know, it feels so short but it leaves things to the imagination (perhaps too much...) But anywayz, I still love it!!!... I'll live Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin forever!!

Wow, an action movie in here! Yay. I was actually scared of watching this beacuse of the battle scenes and all, but it was, overall, a good movie. There were a lot of familiar faces in here, even though they appear for a short while. Hmm...maybe that's why I was attracted to watch this movie...

For once in Louie's rigid life, she is living for the moment and Sam lets his free spirit enjoy the ride. But once back to their usual lives, feat sets in. Louie is still healing from a traumatic love relationship, while Sam is still in denial that he fell in love. Fate brings them back together again and this time, it's as if nothing can hold back what their hearts yearn for. Together, they will thread the path of uncertainty and in the end prove to themselves that indeed, the true essence of living is loving.

One of my favorite movies! It is a very touching movie! Have some tissues handy ok! Oh, when watching the music video, please listen to the lyrics of the song (one of my favorites). The song really brings forward the emotions that are in the movie, so please listen closely. Don't worry, the song is in English by the filipino singer Gary Valenciano (if anyone is wondering >_<). Hehehe...

I'm one of the millions of people who love this drama!!! Yes!! It's so cool! I love it! I'm gonna be mean hee for a second, but truthfully, It Started With a Kiss is better than Itazura na Kiss (the Japanese Version). Sorry! I know that I have been saying that comparison should stop, but really!!!! Sorry!! I'm gonna crawl up in a ball now and watch ISWAK 2 (They Kiss Again). Yes people! Season 2!!!!

Wu Zun!!.... Yeah... This is a great drama!!! I hope they would have a season 2 coz the drama feels short to me. Well, that's just me...nyahaha...

IL Mare

Genre: Romance, Drama

Eun-joo (Jeon Ji Hyeon) moves out of her house "Il Mare", leaving behind a Christmas card for the eventual new owner of the house in 1999. In it she asks him/her to forward any mail of hers to her new address in the city. It is 1997 and Sung-hyun (Lee Jeong Jae), the first owner of "Il Mare" is moving in and finds in his mailbox the Christmas card from Eun-joo. Thinking it was a joke, Sung-hyun leaves her a letter telling her so and reminds her that its 1997 not 1999. Eventually the two realize that they are separated by two years of time but can somehow communicate through the mailbox and begin to form a friendship through their letters.

Sounds familiar? Because this is what the American movie, The Lake House, was based on. But still, we must not compare and contrast both movies. Let us all be open to anything.

The Promise

Genre: Romance, Drama

Daniel (Richard Guttierez) and Andrea (Angel Locsin) grew up in the same home and have been closer than real brothers and sisters ever since. But her father's goodwill to take in Daniel and bring him up does not sit well with her real older brother, who retaliates one day and kicks Daniel out. But by this time, nothing can come between the deeply in love Andrea and Daniel anymore--until the rich family on whose hacienda they've been working all these years come back. Andrea catches the eye of the rich son, while the daughter fancies Daniel, too. This will set in motion a series of events that will test how deep the two's love goes.

YES! Something from the mother land!!! I'm surprised that this movie made a move on me. Wow, that rarely happens with a Filipino movie. But anywayz, this was based on Ellis Bell's, a.k.a Emily Bronte, book Wuthering Heights. I've read the other sister's book, now I'm intruiged with this. Wahahaha.... 'Promise?'...naks...

My Girl and I

This is the Korean remake of the Japanese movie, Crying out Love, in the Center of the World. Try not to compare both movies, for I think each movie has it's own "oomph", so just a tip, so you wouldn't ruin it for yourself. Oh, and Song Hye Gyo in the movie!...weee!

Innocent Steps
