Azumi (Ueto Aya), an orphan, was raised by samurai master Gessai to be an assassin together with 9 other men. Gessai always told them about a mission that they must accomplish. With warlords rising in war torn Japan, the remaining 5 assassins, Azumi included, from master Gessai's troop goes to work.

Wow, an action movie in here! Yay. I was actually scared of watching this beacuse of the battle scenes and all, but it was, overall, a good movie. There were a lot of familiar faces in here, even though they appear for a short while. Hmm...maybe that's why I was attracted to watch this movie...
